Overview

The KnowledgeTree Drop Box is a desktop tool for Windows that allows you to drag and drop documents and folders from the Windows desktop or from directories within Windows Explorer onto the KnowledgeTree Drop Box.

Installation and Upgrades

Pre-requisites:

• KnowledgeTreeLive account or KnowledgeTree 3.5.3 Installation (on-premise)
• Windows client machine
• Microsoft .Net Framework version 2.0

NOTE: If you're upgrading, first uninstall the old version of KnowledgeTree Drop Box through Add/Remove Programs; 
then, proceed with this installation.

How to Install KnowledgeTree Drop Box

1. Run setup.exe to install application.
2. Enter server details when prompted.
