Types of support
Which support options are available to you depends on which KnowledgeTree products you have installed and whether you have a commercial agreement with KnowledgeTree or one of its partners.
Commercial support
[Commercial support] is available for KnowledgeTree for installation, administration and general system usage, and [KnowledgeTree Partners] may be available in your area to help you with change management, structuring of your taxonomy (and explaining what that is and why it is important) and a number of technical and non-technical issues.
Documentation
Documentation is available for all KnowledgeTree users, and includes formal Guides and Manuals, plus the resources on this community-driven Wiki.
Forums
The [KnowledgeTree forums] provide a place for users of KnowledgeTree to assist each other with problems they may be experiencing. Contributors to KnowledgeTree often watch these forums to provide assistance.
